Upon placing your deposit, you will receive a VERY IMPORTANT confirmation email with plenty of details, a timeline of your day, as well as a questionnaire to help us make the most of our time together. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL IF YOU DO NOT SEE THIS EMAIL. We recommend giving yourself AT LEAST TWO WEEKS before your session. This allows for plenty of time for preparation, pre-payment plans, and any shopping you'd like to do! We allow for bookings up to 12 months in advance, and any bookings 4 months or further out do require a pre-payment plan be started. Session will NOT be held until non-refundable deposit is paid. Cancellation Policy

We allow for one free reschedule per client 15+ days out from the date of the session. Due to the personalized nature of our sessions, the length of time we allow our clients to book out, and the difficulty we have booking these inclusive sessions last minute, we strongly discourage last-minute rescheduling or cancellations. While we will obviously work with emergencies, we do have a maximum charge that comes along with rescheduling last-minute. Rescheduling/cancelling within 14 days of your appointment may carry up to a $300 charge. Rescheduling/cancelling within 10 days of your appointment may carry up to a $500 charge. Rescheduling/cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment may carry up to a $700 charge. Deposits/retainers are non-refundable.
